Wired Next Fest, the third appointment on July 9th – Italian Cuisine

The Wired Next Fest, the largest free-of-charge event in Italy dedicated to innovation, created in collaboration with Audi, has changed its skin becoming an online and on-site festival lasting 4 months, from June 4 to October 11.

On June 18, the second digital appointment was held with a day dedicated to sustainability which recorded over 96k video views between the site and social networks, reaching 910k impressions and 820k social reach.

The day of the Wired Next Fest scheduled for July 9th, the third of the six online events that characterize the edition of this year, pending the two on-site days on the bill on 10 and 11 October in Milan.

Open innovation is one of the ways in which innovation is declined. An expression that arises within the start-up ecosystem and indicates a model for generating innovation for which companies, but not only, can and must use both external and internal sources to encourage the generation process of new ideas.

On the stage of the Wired Next Fest, open innovation will become one of the keys to telling what the world will be like after the Covid-19 pandemic. Behind this choice the conviction that only multidisciplinarity, a collaborative approach that knows how to combine varied and even distant experiences, is the key that can generate authentic innovation.

From 13:30 to 19:00, innovators, experts and opinion leaders of national and international importance will alternate on the Wired channels, figures who have made multidisciplinarity the beacon of their activity, on a day dedicated to the story of how only through a collaborative and open approach it is possible to generate authentic innovation.

A day to analyze, compare and share experiences, tools and solutions from which to start again and which focus attention on responsible innovation and the issue of digital transformation as an opportunity to respond to the social, economic and cultural changes taking place .

Among the guests: the Nobel Prize Muhammad Yunus, economist and banker, who became famous worldwide for his revolutionary micro-credit system; the father of open innovation Henry Chesbrough, economist, professor and executive director of the Garwood Center for Corporate Innovation at the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley; Elsa Fornero, professor of Economics at the University of Turin, scientific coordinator of the CeRP-Center for Research on Pensions and Welfare Policies of the Collegio Carlo Alberto and Minister of Labor and Social Policies with responsibility for Equal Opportunities in the Monti government (2011-2013); Claudia Vassena, Head of Digital Channels of UniCredit; Riccardo Zacconi, co-founder and president of King.com, the company that invented Candy Crush Saga, the most popular game on smartphones in the past fifteen years; Mario Boselli, president of the Italy-China Foundation; Francesca Gaudino, Partner Information technology & Data protection of Baker McKenzie Italia; Evan Greer, US activist, transgender punk musician and campaign director of Fight For the Future; Paolo Stella, influencer, actor and writer; Marco Gay, CEO of Digital Magics and president of Anitec-Assinform; Pierpaolo Gambini, Producy & Technology Innovation manager by Leonardo; the artist and curator Francesco Vezzoli; Francesca Giulia Tavanti, Program Leader of Art of the Istituto Marangoni Firenze; Alessandro Tommasi, co-founder & CEO at Will Media; the TV reporter Barbara Serra, authoritative voice on international politics and new socio-cultural dynamics and face of the evening news for Al Jazeera English in London; Alessandro Piccioni, Nexi Head of Strategy & Innovation; Massimo Folador, ethics expert and professor of Business Ethics and sustainable development at LIUC University; Giada Messetti, sinologist, TV author and writer who recently published "In the head of the dragon.
