Ingredients for 4 people
1 red pepper (cubed)
1 bunch of radishes (about 8, chopped)
1/4 red onion (diced)
35 g of dehydrated cherries
145 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
90 g of pomegranate seeds
1 red apple (cubed)
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with olive oil, 1/2 orange juice and a pinch of salt
