Pumpkin White Russian

Pumpkin White Russian

by Pam on November 4, 2013

My sister introduced me to a delicious new drink while she was visiting. It was a pumpkin flavored White Russian and it was delightful. It was quite simple to make and tasted heavenly. My sister has a sweeter tooth than I do so she used one shot of the pumpkin pie cream liqueur while I only used half a shot. I am looking forward to making these again and again – especially on Thanksgiving. Thanks for the tasty drinks Dana! Also, a HUGE thank you to my husband for taking these pictures while I made dinner. Thank you Chad!!

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add 1 shot of  Whipped Cream Vodka, 1 (or 1/2) a shot of Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur, and fill with milk, to taste. Stir well and serve. Enjoy.

Side Note: The pumpkin pie liqueur is great by itself over ice or added to coffee.

Chia Watermelon Fresca

If you’ve ever had a Mama Chia beverage and enjoyed it, then I think you will love this drink! The chia seeds in this refreshing watermelon beverage add a healthy dose of powerful antioxidants, omega-3s, dietary fibers, as well as complete protein, calcium and magnesium.

So many people are sharing pumpkin recipes this week, but it’s in the 80’s here in New York, and I’m still in denial that summer is coming to an end. I’ve been making this beverage all summer, and thought I would share it with you today – enjoy!

Coconut Vodka and Pineapple Juice

Coconut Vodka and Pineapple Juice

by Pam on April 13, 2014

We worked on building a wood shed all weekend. My husband did all the hard work. I did a pretty good job of fetching, measuring, and digging when needed. I mostly tried to stay out of his way. At the end of the day I made some tasty refreshments. I was recently sent some coconut vodka from UV Vodka so we decided to try it out. I kept it simple – ice, pineapple juice, coconut vodka, and a pineapple wedge. It was creamy, tart, sweet, delicious and so refreshing on a hot afternoon! I loved the combination of flavors in this drink and really enjoyed the strong coconut flavor from the vodka. I am looking forward to having another one of these tasty drinks soon. Thanks UV Vodka![1][2]

Fill a glass full of ice cubes. Add 1 shot of UV Coconut Vodka[3] then add pineapple juice to the top of the glass. Stir well with a straw. Place a pineapple wedge on top of the glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
