Salt and pepper, presents the new ones professional training courses to become food blogger.

Our magazine directed by Laura Maragliano proposes a path of two modules, respectively dedicated to beginners and experts: the theoretical lessons will alternate with practical exercises and workshops aimed at infusing all the necessary skills to carry out independently the activity of food blogger.

"We are excited to be able to put our contents and our experience at the service of those who want to turn their passion for food into a professional activity", said the director of Salt and pepper and of the Mondadori Group's Kitchen System magazines, Laura Maragliano. "With this course we want to transmit to an even wider audience the know-how of Salt and pepper in digital, a fundamental part of the development path undertaken by the brand ".

The course of Salt and pepper to become food blogger will be held on the following dates:

  • Basic level course: Saturday 4 and 11 May, from 9 to 18
  • Advanced level course: Saturday 18 and May 25, from 9 to 18

The basic course, entitled "How to design a Blog in the Food sector, with Salt and pepper", will involve the participants in a multimedia communication project, teaching them the job of "writing for the web" and the figure of the blogger. From marketing elements to advertising communication techniques, from videomaking to the graphic setting of the blog, up to the foundations of editorial legislation, the students will acquire the basics to build their own food blog and master the most useful features.

The advanced course, entitled "A successful food blog with Salt and pepper", is aimed at creating and enriching an editorial plan with quality content, through the creation of one storyboard of product and the promotion of the portal on social networks, deepening also the analysis of the data and their interpretation (SEO and SEM). Furthermore, the techniques of food photography and effective selection of images suitable for recipes.

The meetings are organized in collaboration with Yous Srl, a training body accredited by the Lombardy Region that offers guidance services for active job search, continuous support and meeting between supply and demand. At the end of the two modules, Yous will release to each participant the certificate of multimedia designer (specific course for food bloggers / social media food sector).
