Café de Paris salad – Italian Cuisine

First boil the eggs for 8 minutes from boiling, so as to make them hard-boiled, then shell them and cut them into wedges.
Separately, cut the chicken breast into strips and cook it in a non-stick pan with very little oil, in order to brown it and cook it well, without letting it dry out.

Once the eggs and chicken are ready, let them cool: in the meantime, wash the lettuce well, dry it and chop it coarsely, then put it in a bowl and season it with a vinaigrette or with oil and salt, if you prefer.

Then start composing your dish: arrange the lettuce on a serving plate, cover it with the chicken, then add eggs, anchovies and pitted olives.

Finally season with a little vinaigrette and add a little mayonnaise on the surface: the Café de Paris salad is ready.

Blue Box Cafe: to really make "Breakfast at Tiffany's" – Italian Cuisine

The temporary café designed by Tiffany & Co. will open on February 14 in the Harrods warehouses in London: you can have breakfast, drink tea, dinner and maybe organize a wedding proposal!

The February 14, the day that celebrates lovers, but also a date in the middle of the London fashion week, inside the department stores London Harrods will open on Tiffany Blue Box Cafe: It will be a temporary store where you can enjoy breakfast and tea at five, but also a small dinner, surrounded by the jewels and the iconic blue of the brand.

From breakfast to dinner

On the menu croissants with butter with different fillings, fruit bowl, bagels, Waffle, Florentine eggs, Cornish crab muffins, avocado toast, but also finger sandwich (like the one with Faroe salmon) and cakes and scones to accompany tea, all served in classic cups and saucers. There will also be an opportunity to dine with two or three courses accompanied by wines and cocktails. You can also taste the Blue Box Celebration Cake made with white chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel, but only if you order it first.

It is not the only Blue Box Cafe in the world. The first was inaugurated in New York inside the Tiffany flagship store on Fifth Avenue, but at the moment it is closed for work and will be reopened in 2021.

The London cafe will be open from 8 to 22.30 from Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 10 to 18.30. Table reservations are already open and who knows if someone is not already thinking about a special gift for Valentine's Day or even how to organize a marriage proposal …

Shibuya, Osaka, Nagoya, Hokkaido, Fukuoka and Saitama: from October to November, some cafes around the Japan they will transform thanks to the power of the Moon, to host the Sailor Moon Café.

From the beginning of the 90's until today, the myth of Sailor Moon remains timeless and continues to give surprises to the most loyal fans. After the manga, the cartoon, the live-action, the musicals, the video games, now it's time to taste.

The concept of the café is "Girl's Night Out“, A night out with friends to have fun and enjoy exclusive dishes, available only for this special event. The menu immediately leaves you speechless, not only for the colors and imaginative decorations. The Sailor Moon Café is not just for use drink, semifreddo is sweets: it will also be possible to order complete dishes to eat for lunch and dinner, such as steak or le tortilla dedicated to Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus.

The dishes that intrigue us the most? The recipes (more or less) Italian, revisited and embellished in the style of the most beloved warrior ever: we are talking about risotto in the moonlight and a plate of lasagna very particular.
