Ingredients
- 450 g sliced chicken breast
- 370 g romaine lettuce
- 100 g bread
- 100 g Grana Padano Dop
- 15 g mustard
- 15 g lemon juice
- 5 g Worcester sauce
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
For the chicken caesar salad recipe, cook the chicken on the grill, with a pinch of salt, for 2-3 minutes per side, then cut it into small pieces. Cut the bread into cubes and toss in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Mix the chicken, bread and lettuce into small pieces and complete with the flaked Grana Padano.
Emulsify the mustard with the lemon, the Worcester sauce, 20 g of oil and a pinch of salt and dress the salad.
