The School: how cooking courses are structured
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, our chefs are ready to share a passion for cooking with you.
Our headquarters, in the center of Milan (via San Nicolao, 7 – Cadorna subway), is equipped with three structured classrooms to encourage the participation of the participants.
The topics of the courses range from cooking to pastry: we start from the best of Italian cuisine, such as i risotto, the fresh pasta or i spoon desserts, then go to the discovery of oriental cuisine, with the course of sushi, of ramen or kitchen with the wok. There is no shortage of workshops for children and those for families.
You can choose one-to-one courses from one lesson or follow paths from several lessons, to better analyze the techniques. For each course will be provided a handout with all the recipes made, a kitchen apron and a copy of the magazine on sale. Everything you prepare is tasted during the course, accompanied by a good glass of wine!

In the new calendar January – April 2019 you will find:
the great classics: Basics of the Kitchen and Pastry Bases, Pizzas, Fish First courses, Cakes and all the other most popular courses;
new educational plans: many of the recipes of our courses will be renewed to allow you to follow the seasonality of raw materials;
new courses: add to our offer "Regional Cuisine: Puglia", "Eclaire and Bigné", "Neapolitan Pastry", "Gyoza: Japanese Ravioli" and "Sushi: Advanced Course".
