The Milanese is our veal cutlet served with roasted potatoes with herbs. Don't miss the advice of Giovanni Rota, executive chef of La Scuola de La Cucina Italian, to prepare a perfect and crunchy cutlet even at home.

«For a homogeneous breading, lightly salt the surface of the cutlet and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Dry the meat thoroughly and pass it in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. If you want even more satisfying breading, you can balance the breadcrumbs with breadsticks, taralli or flakes of carasau bread .

The delivery service of La Cucina Italiana is active on Milan Monday to Saturday, from 12 to 22.
