The menu (8 courses) of Mother's Day

Meat and fish to make everyone happy as only you can do. Mother's Day and the menu to share

Mom always wants to please everyone. Prepare the ragù early in the morning even when it would sleep a little, clean the fish carefully so that no one finds a thorn in the plate and lets the dough rise with patience and love, the secret ingredient to make them so soft. And to make her happy, the day of her party, what's better than a menu that can satisfy all the diners?

Eight courses of love

Eight courses, to be served in half portion for traveling between fish and meat recipes with taste and nonchalance, celebrating the mother with a succession of interesting and tasty dishes that will intrigue and become the guests. It starts with a double proposal of bruschette, from those with herb pesto and octopus to spicy crostini with ’nduja, radishes and soncino.

The first courses offered for the occasion are the originals scampi and courgette ravioli with bisque and pine nuts; to follow i ricotta and pea malfatti with speck and scallops which include both meat and fish, fully interpreting the theme of lunch. The main courses perfect for Mother's Day lunch are close to the concept of finger food, with a playful and undemanding appearance, ideal after a double course of first courses. The anchovies au gratin with hazelnuts and fava beans will enchant the fish lovers while the fanciful ones stuffed wings with spicy sauce they will give a spicy note at the end of the meal.

After these six courses, the ideal introduction to dessert is the very light Strawberry smoothie, to be enjoyed calmly, taking a little respite from the fast pace of lunch. The cake suggested to close the menu for Mother's Day is the spelled cake with frangipani and strawberries, a delicious alternative to the classic tart and a light choice thanks to the absence of too consistent fillers. The mouth laced by the smoothie, will appreciate the natural sweetness of the strawberries that characterize the spelled cake.

And now, all that remains is to celebrate. Greetings to all mothers!
