In this case, the number of cherries useful for losing weight goes up to 70 per day, to be divided into two or three servings. However, it is advisable for everyone to regulate themselves. And it is not a secondary recommendation: it is a fruit with significant quantities of sorbitol, a type of sugar with not negligible laxative properties, especially if assimilated in excessive doses. 86% of which are made up of water, cherries also have soluble fibers which soon provide a sense of satiety and have a good dose of potassium, which promotes diuresis.

The cherry diet menu

So here is an example of a cherry diet to consider, as already anticipated, in one month, three consecutive days a week: the first day, on an empty stomach, we start with a breakfast of cherries, accompanied by soy milk and wholemeal rusks. Alternatively, you can opt for a slice of wholemeal bread with a little honey or jam. In the middle of the morning a snack is served with a banana and kiwi cherry smoothie, while for lunch a nice salad with lettuce, fennel, celery and cherry tomatoes is enough. In the afternoon other cherries, while for dinner there is only one bresaola, parmesan, rocket and whole wheat bread to prepare.

The second day breakfast remains the same, while for mid-morning snacks they are recommended cherries and a cup of black tea. For lunch, pasta with legumes and for a snack a rich fruit salad. At dinner you can indulge in fish, such as baked salmon.

The third dayFinally, you can eat a morning shake made with cherries, strawberries and raspberries. A mixed vegetable soup for lunch and snack with twenty other cherries. For dinner, cherries can be combined with whole wheat pasta, legumes, potatoes and grilled chicken.

The last ingredient of your diet? The goodsense!

Before embarking on any diet, it is advisable to involve your doctor, a specialist or a dietician, who will be able to give you precise indications on your state of health and on which food path you can face. Impact diets, with very strict diet regimes, lead to a sharp and sudden reduction in calories which, if on the one hand, help to reactivate the metabolism, on the other, have not always positive repercussions. To lose weight in a healthy and healthy way, exercise, balance the amount of food and calories ingested in a balanced way, but continue to have a varied diet.
