Ingredients
- 2 green figs
- 2 black figs
- 50 g lettuce
- 1 celery stalk
- 4 radishes
- fresh chili
- sliced almonds
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh marjoram
To prepare the salad with figs, celery and radishes, cut green and black figs into wedges and mix them with lettuce.
Add also celery and radishes, which give flavor and a spicy note, and, to taste, fresh chilli.
Complete with lightly toasted sliced almonds. Season with blended oil together with fresh marjoram leaves.
