Two slices of toasted bread that enclose a spun layer of melted cheese and all the perfume of baked ham. This is the great classic of toast that contains taste and crispness in all its simplicity. Toast: the perfect bread

Sauces: yes or no?

Tradition does not provide for the addition of sauces, but the last word is not said. In fact, some recipes offer a group of complex flavors capable of withstanding the strong push of the sauces. Particularly suitable for chicken and turkey, we have mustard, while the mayonnaise can more easily be combined with ham and cheese, especially if you choose savory ingredients like herb-flavored ham.
