First bring to a boil a large pot of salt water.
Clean the garlic, parsley and chilli pepper and chop them, then put them in a large bowl with plenty of oil and a little salt.

When the water is boiling, lower the pasta and drain it al dente, keeping aside a little cooking water.
Put the spaghetti in the bowl with the sauce and mix, add the pecorino and the cooking water necessary to blend the sauce making it creamy-
Finally add the breadcrumbs and, if necessary, add a little more cooking water.
Your spaghetti alla carrettiera are ready: serve them warm, lukewarm or cold, according to your taste.
