If you want to prepare a milk shake you must necessarily use the milk, but not necessarily cow's milk.

Homemade Almond Milk

If you really are not going to give up milk in your milkshake, you have time these days prepare it at home, of course we are talking about vegetable milk made with almonds.
It is a very simple procedure. Just dip 200 g of peeled almonds in 500 ml of water and soak for two hours.
Then pour everything into a mixer by adding more 500 ml of water and blend.
Strain the mixture with a thin gauze and keep the almond milk in the refrigerator for a week.
You can also sweeten it with honey and maple syrup and if you like you can add vanilla, but it is also delicious naturally.
