  • 500 g milk
  • 200 g flour
  • a little seasoned lucanica
  • an egg
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

For the smacafam recipe, mix the flour with the egg, 1/2 liter of low-fat milk, 1/2 crumbled lucanica
and a pinch of salt. Grease a baking sheet well. Distribute the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Cut the remaining part of the lucanica into slices and decorate the upper part of the dough. Brown the pan on the stove for a few minutes and then bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
