Ingredients
- 200 g robiola
- 24 pcs shrimp tails
- 3 pcs potatoes
- lemon
- aglina or chive herb
- parsley
- peanut oil
- salt
- pepper
For the shrimp recipe in potato wedges, shell the prawn tails. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wires
with the appropriate machines. Wrap the prawns in the potatoes. Fry them in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, 4-5 at a time; drain them on kitchen paper. Salt them lightly. Season the robiola with the juice of 1/2 lemon, pepper and agribond or chopped onion, and a pinch of chopped parsley. Serve the fried prawns with the robiola cream.
