Wash the apple, peel it and divide it into wedges, removing the core, then cut into cubes.

Put the apple cubes in a pan with the butter, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick.


Transfer the apples into a bowl, add the chopped hazelnuts and finally add the chocolate cut into small pieces. Jumbled up.

Roll out the puff pastry on a plane and divide it into 8 rectangles.
Now put a spoonful of apple, hazelnut and chocolate compote at the base of the rectangle obtained. Fold in 3, then press gently with your fingers to seal the edges.


Place the bundles of apples so obtained on a dripping pan lined with parchment paper. Then brush the surface of the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sugar.
Now bake the bundles in the oven already hot at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the surface of the bundles will not be beautiful golden.


Let it cool slightly so serve your bundles with apples and chocolate.
