Rose and pomegranate cocktail

1) Cut the pomegranate in half and squeeze it with a juicer. Filter the juice obtained through a very fine mesh strainer and pour it into 4 cups.

2) Mix it flower syrup elderberry with rose water and the gin and distribute it all in the cups. 3 Add the sparkling wine and decorate as desired with rose petals.
