Here's how to prepare them at home: after preparing the sautéed vegetables, add the meat with a little tomato sauce, to obtain a dry ragù, to which you will add some peas, but only at the end of cooking. Meanwhile, aside, the tomato sauce should be prepared, to combine the rice, to boil, but leaving it al dente. With the cooled rice, compact balls should be made, stuffed with ragù and 3 cubes of mozzarella. Once closed, go back over the batter of flour and breadcrumbs and then fried in peanut oil.
