For the recipe of frosted petals, lightly beat an egg white. Dip a small brush into it and use it to brush the petals gently on both sides.
Pass them in granulated sugar on both sides and then let them dry on a wire rack for at least 4 hours, until they have become crispy.
Use them to complete cakes, biscuits or to decorate a tray of chocolates.
