Recipe Spicy chocolate fondue and dried fruit


  • 400 g dark chocolate at 70%
  • 180 g fresh cream
  • 180 g milk
  • 70 g dried figs in cubes
  • 30 g toasted peanuts
  • 30 g toasted almonds
  • 30 g shelled hazelnuts
  • ground chili pepper

For the recipe for spicy chocolate and dried fruit fondue, chop the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan with milk and cream. Stir often, always over a low heat and, just before the boil begins to rise, turn off. Add the chilli to the chocolate fondue and stir. Serve with dried fruit.
