Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate at 70%
- 180 g fresh cream
- 180 g milk
- 70 g dried figs in cubes
- 30 g toasted peanuts
- 30 g toasted almonds
- 30 g shelled hazelnuts
- ground chili pepper
For the recipe for spicy chocolate and dried fruit fondue, chop the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan with milk and cream. Stir often, always over a low heat and, just before the boil begins to rise, turn off. Add the chilli to the chocolate fondue and stir. Serve with dried fruit.
