Ingredients
- 730 g flour 00
- 160 g butter
- 150 g potatoes
- 50 g milk
- peanut oil
- salt
For the recipe of the potato balls, boil the potatoes, press them with the potato masher and let them cool. Mix them in a bowl with 630 g of flour and soft butter; add the warm milk, 50 g of water and season with salt.
Make small balls by passing a knob of dough between your wet hands, then pass them in the remaining flour. Fry the balls in plenty of hot oil; when they are golden drain them on kitchen paper.
