Recipe Mushrooms with eggs – Italian Cuisine


  • 150 g porcini mushrooms
  • 50 g leek
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh cream
  • slices of bread
  • onion
  • parsley
  • lard or butter
  • cinnamon powder
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper

For the recipe mushrooms with eggs, peel the porcini and cut them into chunks.
Chop 1/4 onion and cut the leek into slices.
Brown all in a pan with 1/2 tablespoon of lard or butter and a pinch of salt for a couple of minutes.
Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons of cream, salt, pepper, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
Pour them in a pan, on the mushrooms, and sauté them until they have a creamy consistency.
Complete with coarsely chopped parsley.
Serve with slices of toast.
