  • 2 pcs sachets of vanilla icing sugar
  • 1 pc vanilla yeast sachet
  • 1 pc vanillin sachet
  • 1 pc egg
  • caster sugar
  • salt

For the recipe of party cookies, I prepare the dough: flour, yeast, vanilla, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 sachet of icing sugar. Cut the butter into small pieces, cold, and add it to the flour together with the egg. Dough and work until the dough comes off. I spread it thin on a floured surface, cut out the biscuits with the mold and bake them for 15-20 minutes at 160 ° C. Sforno, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
