For the recipe of the enriched minestrone, cut the sausage into small pieces and immerse it in boiling water, leaving it for about 5 minutes. Pour the minestrone into a pan. Bring it to the boiling point, then add the pasta (you can use leftover pasta of different types as long as they all have the same cooking time, or combine them at different times).
Drain the sausage pieces and add them to the pasta during cooking. Prepare a mixture with the leaves of a sprig of sage and with a sprig of rosemary. Mix the mince of herbs with the minestrone in which the pasta will be cooked. Serve immediately, very hot, garnish each dish with a few leaves of sage.
