Ingredients
- 4 slices of anglerfish
- 200 g potato
- 100 g zucchini
- 70 g of cabbage
- 20 pitted green olives

For the recipe of the cartoccio di pescatrice with vegetables, private the slices of angler of any waste: wash and dry them. Cut the cabbage leaves into strips. Check the zucchini and reduce it to washers; peel the potato and make it into slices. Place a large aluminum foil on a plate on which you will prepare a base with all the vegetables already prepared.
Add also the olives and a clove of garlic, thinly sliced. On this green bed, lay the slices of monkfish. Add salt and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of oil and a third glass of wine. Cover the preparation with a second large aluminum sheet that will join the one below, folding them together along the edges.
Pass in the oven already at 200 for about 30 '. Remove from the oven, place the parchment partially open on a serving dish and serve with a pinch of chopped parsley.
