Recipe baked bread with mixed mushrooms


  • 2 pcs scaled and gutted fish bats
  • 200 g cardoncelli mushrooms
  • 200 g champignon mushrooms
  • thyme
  • chervil
  • dry white wine
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

For the recipe of baked sea bream with mixed mushrooms, clean all the mushrooms by removing the bases and cleaning the rest with moistened kitchen paper. Cut them in four lengthwise. Collect them in a bowl and season with a little oil, thyme leaves and a pinch of salt. Massage the bread with oil, insert a sprig of thyme and a pinch of salt into the belly. Place them on a plate, surround them with the mushrooms and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes, sprinkling with a splash of white wine after about 10 minutes of cooking. Take the fish out of the oven and transfer them together with the mushrooms into a serving dish, recovering the cooking sauce to flavor them. Complete with chervil.
