If you have very little time to prepare a dessert, a cake or some cookies to surprise your mother, rely on the ready bases. You can, for example, buy a pastry in a sponge cake and cut it in half. Then cut out the many cookie cutters little hearts, which you will bathe with fruit juice, orange juice, liqueur or a syrup of water and sugar. Stuff a little heart with the Strawberry jam and close with another little heart. Then glaze the pastry with one chocolate cover very fast, prepared by dissolving 125 ml of cream with 175 g of dark chocolate. Decorated with colorful sugars, edible flowers, a sprinkling of cinnamon or chilli pepper, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa beans or pistachios.
Another idea for quick desserts for Mother's Day with makeup is to buy in the bakery or pastry shop of the simple muffins or undecorated cupcakes. Buy also the colored sugar paste, which is now also found in the most stocked supermarkets, and roll it out with a rolling pin, sprinkling it with icing sugar to prevent it from sticking. Obtain discs to cover the cup caps and then cut the letters with the appropriate molds, with which to compose a love message for the mother.

All mother's kisses

To reciprocate, at least in part, all the kisses that the mother gave us as children give us the gods Lady's Kisses, but with an original touch. Replace the classic almonds with i pistachios and stuff them with one coffee ganache or a cream prepared with ricotta and honey, instead of the gianduia cream.

Brownies in red wine

For a very mother chic, prepare the classics Brownies, but flavored with Red wine. Attention, among the fast desserts for Mother's Day, these are those forbidden to children under 18 years. Melt 120 g of dark chocolate in a bain-marie with 110 g of butter. Let it cool slightly and in the meantime mix in a large bowl 2 eggs, 150 g of sugar and the seeds of half a vanilla bean. Add at this point also the melted chocolate and 60 ml of the mother's favorite red wine mixing the ingredients together. Also add 60 g of flour, 25 g of bitter cocoa and 30-50 g of chocolate drops to the dough. Once obtained a homogeneous mixture, pour it into a rectangular baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook the brownies for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool and cut into squares or hearts using a simple cookie cutter.
