Separate egg yolks and egg whites, beat the egg whites until stiff and beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
Add the honey, then the pumpkin, then flour, starch, cocoa, cinnamon, yeast and chocolate chips.

Finally, also incorporate the egg whites, stirring gently from bottom to top so as not to dismantle them.

Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and cook for about 30 minutes in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C.

Let the plumcake cool, then prepare the icing with water, mixing sugar, water and coloring and decorate the dessert.

The pumpkin and chocolate plumcake is ready: let it cool before cutting it into slices and serve.
