First whip the cream, very cold in the fridge.
Add 2/3 of Nutella and mix gently with a spatula, from the bottom upwards, so as not to remove the cream.
Coat the mold with plastic wrap, then pour in half of the cream mixture and level well.
Create a layer of biscuits, add the remaining Nutella, then the second layer of cream and finish with a second layer of biscuits.
Let it rest in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Spend at least 2 hours, resume the semifreddo, flip it over a serving dish, remove the film and proceed with the decoration.
The nutella semifreddo is ready, keep it in the freezer, putting it in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
