Mint Syrup Recipe - Italian Cuisine


For the recipe of mint syrup, dissolve 250 g of sugar in 250 g of water. Add 25 g of mint leaves and cook for 4 minutes. Turn off, let cool and strain. Blend the syrup with some fresh mint leaves and filter it again with gauze. Bring it back to the boil, then let it cool. Keep it in the fridge, in resealable bottles.
