Mimosa sweets – Italian Cuisine


Create a small dessert in just a few steps, with the help of some ready-made product
Pour milk and the contents of the cream mixture in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring. Pour the cream into a bowl and let it cool.
Cut in small pieces 2 carrot cakes obtaining the "mimosa" for the covering.
Scrape 4 tartlets with cold cream, then sprinkle them with «mimosa and complete with grated lemon zest.
