Ingredients
- 300 g ground beef
- 3 pcs shelled hard-boiled eggs
- 1 pc onion
- parsley
- coriander powder
- extra virgin olive oil
- pepper
- salt
For the meatloaf recipe, chop the onion and a sprig of parsley; season the mince with salt, pepper and coriander powder. Mold the ground pulp into 3 balls; mash them on a flat surface, spread the mixture over them and place a whole hard-boiled egg in the middle, close the meat loaves and wrap them in aluminum foil or some romaine lettuce leaves, stopping it with a string of kitchen string. Cook the meatloaf in boiling water, with 5 tablespoons of oil and 2 bay leaves, for 40 minutes. Once ready, drain and let them cool. Finally cut them into slices and serve.
