Madeleine recipe with blackberries - Italian Cuisine


  • 200 g More
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter plus a little
  • 10 g milk
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • Baking powder powder

Mix the soft butter with the sugar in a bowl, then add the milk, a pinch of salt, the eggs and finally the flour and a teaspoon of sifted yeast.

Seal the bowl with a sheet of foil and leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Butter the multiple molds very well from madeleine (7 cm x 4.5 cm), distribute the mixture no more than half of the forms and place a whole blackberry in the center.

Bake at 180 ° C for 17 '. Remove from the oven and turn out immediately. Let the madeleines cool on blackberries before serving.
