Incorporate also the flours, the yeast, the salt and the aromas and work quickly until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Cover with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Take the dough again, roll it out on a floured surface in a sheet of about 3 mm and cut 30 circles of 5 cm in diameter.
On half of the circles engrave a small star in the center.
Arrange the biscuits on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes (or until the edges are golden) in a preheated oven heated to 180 ° C, then take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Stuff the whole biscuits with jam, decorate the ones drilled with icing sugar, then add the 2 biscuits, so that the jam can be clearly seen from the star.
Linzer biscuits are ready, you just have to enjoy them.
