Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices; also cut the mozzarella into slices and let it drain.
Divide the slices of bread in half and lightly grill them on both sides on a hot grill pan.
Then assemble the sandwiches: on half of the slices, put the mozzarella, then the ham, and finally the tomato; close with the remaining slices of bread.
Grill the sandwiches on both sides, then add the lettuce between the bread and mozzarella.
