At this point put the pan (or the wok) on the stove over high heat and, when it is hot, add the oil. When it starts to fry, first add the flavors you have prepared and only then the other vegetables, starting with those that have a longer cooking. A few minutes and everything will be ready to be brought to the table.

Stir-fried vegetables without oil

They will not be crunchy and tasty like those stir-fried, but also for vegetables cooking without oil – done well – allows to give the ingredients taste and substance. Among all foods, in fact, vegetables lend themselves more to this type of cooking because they use their own water without drying out. The first method to prepare them in this way is grilling. In this case the secret is the seasoning before bringing them to the table. Extra virgin olive oil, soybean and other sauces for dressing they can help give flavor to vegetables.

If grilling vegetables doesn't seem the best solution you can try stufarle. Cut them into strips or rounds, put a non-stick pan with a little coarse salt on the fire (medium heat) and add the vegetables.
