The easy cake, with few ingredients and without cooking, which will make you look great

What we propose is not a cake made with cookies, but it is a fun and original dessert because it is practically made ONLY of biscuits and a few other ingredients. There is no cake easier than this, good, nice to bring to the table and perfect for a birthday if you do not want to go crazy with bases of sponge cake or puff pastry.
Children go crazy with joy and success is guaranteed!

"Striped" slices

The particularity of this cake is in the cut.
In fact, the biscuits are arranged vertically inside the cake pan, a pairs of two and stuffed in the middle.
Once ready, the cake comes left to cool in the fridge because all the ingredients can be mixed and i biscuits soften to be cut perfectly.
You can even more simply place cookies at horizontal layers as you do for a classic tiramisu, but we suggest you try this version because the cut slices are more beautiful to serve and turn into stripes.

How to make the biscuit cake with mascarpone-cream-chocolate cream

This cake is prepared with dry biscuits like the Saiwa Gold, which are paired two by two and filled with a cream to taste together form a real cake.
Now we will explain how.
First you decide what taste to give to this dessert and then what cream to add inside.
We recommend the classic one and without cooking based on mascarpone and whipped cream.
To prepare it you simply have to mix it 200 g of mascarpone with 100 ml of well-whipped sweetened cream.
Add a tablespoon of cocoa and, if you want, even a little honey.
Spread a biscuit with some hazelnut cream and another with cream and mascarpone and then pair them (about 18 biscuits for 9 pairs) as if they were sandwiches.
Wet them quickly with del coffee and milk and then arrange them vertically in a rectangular or round hinge mold. The important thing is not to leave empty spaces.
Start from the outside and slowly go towards the center.
Once the base is complete, decorate with the advanced cream or with the cream.

With the cream

You can also use simple custard to fill the cookies and then decorate with whipped cream.
The important thing is that it is very cold and quite compact.
You can mix it, if you prefer, with some whipped Cream or with the ricotta cheese and perfume it with cannela.

With jam

Children also like the version with the filled with jam and butter cream prepared with spreadable cheese, icing sugar and butter.
And always for the children we suggest you to wet the biscuits or with the barley, if you use cream, cream or chocolate, or with del fruit juice if you use jams.
If you want to serve this dessert for an after-dinner only for adults, instead, add some rum or brandy both in the biscuits and in the cream. To turn this sweet cake for children to gourmet dessert desserts, use bitter orange marmalade, dark chocolate flakes, wet Grand Marnier and walnut kernels and caramelized orange slices as decoration.
