Just mix the ingredients in a jar and whenever you feel like hot chocolate, take two tablespoons and melt everything in a saucepan with about 150 ml of water or milk.

Ciobar Cake is an idea for breakfast and snack of the whole family. We have thought of enriching it with dark chocolate chips, but you can also use the White chocolate or you can stuff the cake with hazelnut spread cream or jam and with the same dough you can make gods muffin.

Ingredients

280 g 00 flour
25 g Ciobar
200 g sugar
320 ml water
80 g seed oil
1 sachet of yeast
Chocolate chips

Method

To prepare this cake, immediately put chocolate chips in the freezer so that they will not sink during cooking.
Then mix all the dry ingredients and then add the liquid ones.
Use a hand whisk to remove any lumps.
At the end, add the chocolate chips and pour everything into a greased and floured cake or plum cake mold or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a fan oven at 180 ° for about 35 minutes.
