In short, I'm here with this recipe, today, to remedy this lack in my gallery, so I officially present my first dumpling salad. That of salad dumplings of course it is above all an idea, a starting point for your creations: what I mean is that if you too had never thought of serving cold dumplings, maybe you will think about it, next time you get the chance, but you don't have to season them like I did. In short, the principle is that of salad pasta, so you normally cook the gnocchi, drain them, let them cool and season them as you like or according to what you have at home, that's all;)

Method
How to make gnocchi salad
First boil the gnocchi in a large pot full of boiling salted water, stir occasionally and drain them when they rise to the surface, then pass them under cold water (while they are still in the colander) and season them immediately with a drizzle of oil.
In the meantime that the gnocchi cool, prepare the other ingredients: wash celery and cherry tomatoes and cut everything into small pieces (cherry tomatoes, celery, bresaola, artichokes, parmesan).
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and season with salt.
The gnocchi salad is ready: before serving, add well washed basil and rocket.
