Cherry Ice Cream Recipe - Italian Cuisine


  • 700 g cherries
  • 200 g milk
  • 50 g sugar + 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon peel

For the recipe of easy ice cream with cherries, pitted 700 g of cherries and cut them into small pieces; distribute them on a tray and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Heat 200 g of milk with 50 g of sugar, a piece of vanilla and 1 lemon zest; when they boil, strain and leave to cool; then pour the milk into the ice-making compartment and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Finally blend the cherries, frozen milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar together. Keep the ice cream in the freezer until ready to serve.
