For the recipe of squid skewered on laurel, clean the squid, separating the tentacles from the bags. Open the latter for the long and skewer them three on sticks
bay leaves deprived of leaves (or on skewers). Mix the juice of half a lemon in a bowl with a dash of soy sauce and crumbled yeast. Brush the skewers and the tentacles with this marinade and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Grill the skewers for 10 minutes, together with the tufts, which you will cook next to them.
