Ingredients
- 500 g cow's milk ricotta
- 150 g whipped cream
- 50 g icing sugar
- 50 g chocolate drops
- 20 g chocolate bars
- dehydrated coconut flakes
For the cake recipe on the clouds, blend the ricotta, add the whipped cream and the icing sugar, mixing them gently. Stir in the chocolate chips and 20 g of coconut flakes, stirring gently again.
Transfer the mixture into two silicone molds (7 × 15 cm) and let it rest in the freezer for 2 hours. Turn out and sprinkle with chocolate tails and some coconut flakes.
