Bergamot cake, golden apples and fuji


Bergamot cake, preparation

1) Warm up the oven at 180 °. Warm up milk e put yourself infuse the tea bag for 3-4 minutes. Beat eggs with sugar, unite the flour, then the melted butter e in the end tea flavored milk, left a little cool.

2) Peel Golden apples, cut them wedges, deleted the cores, therefore slice them very thin with a mandolin (2-3 mm) collecting them in a large bowl. Pour the batter on the apples, then mix them gently to distribute it evenly.

3) Pour the mixture in a 20 cm diameter springform pan with the bottom lined with baking paper and the edge greased and floured.

4) Wash the Fuji apple e dry it; cut it with thin discs e distribute them on the surface of the cake, overlapping them slightly. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes, verifying cooking with the toothpick test.
