Cut the chicken into strips and toss in a pan with salt and oil.
Then prepare the filling: combine chicken, cheddar, sour cream, Philadelphia cheese and Buffalo sauce (you can also use ketchup or barbecue sauce) in a large bowl and mix.
Roll out the dough for the pizzas, cut it out in the shape of a disc (place the pan you will use on top of it and cut out leaving at least 2 more fingers of dough all around) and set aside the leftover dough.
Make cuts of about 2 fingers around the base (about every 3 fingers), stuff each rectangle with a little filling and close the dough on the filling using the cuts, creating balls.
Let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled.
From the leftover pizza dough, make eyes and mouth for your Jack o 'lantern (or any other decoration you like best: pumpkin leaves, witch hats, ghosts …).
Add the filling (leveling the surface well) and the decorations and bake for 30 minutes in a convection oven preheated to 180 ° C.
The Buffalo chicken skillet dip is ready: let it cool before serving.
